Montgomery County Public Schools employees, retirees, and other former employees can contact Employee and Retiree Service Center (ERSC) staff by telephone or email, or through ERSC Connect. ERSC Connect, a service portal, offers a way to submit requests online for help with benefits, leave, pay, and retirement matters. 

In addition to submitting requests, with ERSC Connect users are able to—

• Get status updates on their requests,
• Send and receive attachments*, and
• Access a knowledge base and a search feature with targeted answers to common questions.

To get started, log in to ERSC Connect. Log-in instructions are available on the log-in screen.

*Attachments sent through ERSC Connect (or Outlook email) must not exceed 35 megabytes (MB) in total. Files that together total more than 35 MB will be undeliverable to ERSC.
